  • TS MATERNITY FZC LLC is the controller of this website and responsible for your personal data, collectively referred to below as ‘Athena Maternity’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’.
  • Any personal data obtained is provided by customers to access content, make a purchase or engage with our services.
  • We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which it has been provided. Should we seek to use it for any other purpose, such as a case study, we will seek your consent prior to use.
  • Name, contact details and opt in status may be stored to share updates if you have selected to opt in to marketing communications and for the purpose of identification if our services are accessed by you in future. 
  • You will not be contacted for marketing purposes unless you are opted in.  If you are opted in you can unsubscribe from all marketing communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link and completing the stated process.
  • Any data provided when seeking or during an online course will be used only to support your personal journey or to support other services you seek from Athena Maternity. Information provided during an online course may be retained for referencing and learning purposes unless you request for this to be removed.  Please see below process to request removal of your data.  
  • Your data will not be disclosed to any third party. 
  • If you wish for your personal data to be removed from our records, or you wish to update your records, please email [email protected].
  • Should you not receive confirmation that the data has been removed after one week, please contact Athena Maternity via email again. You will receive a confirmation email once all your data has been deleted or updated. 
  • To avoid accidental sharing of your secure data, no data will be shared back with you prior to your request for removal or update.  If proof of identity is provided we can advise what data is held.
  • All data will be securely stored with appropriate measures taken to avoid unauthorised access to your data.
